Calm in Your Home, Confidence in the Field
Our Training Philosophy
We train dogs to think—not just react.
CapeWest R&T’s approach is grounded in structure, clarity, and long-term results. We use clear verbal commands, hand signals, and real-world repetition to help dogs make better choices and use their energy to please their humans—not resist them.
Our methods borrow from both service dog work and gundog training. We focus on a dog’s temperament and motivation, and build trust through consistency, not pressure.
